Job Summary

Kinetic Green Energy is looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller to generate leads, engage with prospective customers, and promote electric vehicles (EVs).

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate EV sales leads.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and advantages.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Handle customer queries professionally.




Schedule showroom visits and test rides for prospective customers.
Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge and working proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
