Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on overseas education — courses, universities, admission & visa requirements.
Maintain and update student data, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM.
Work closely with senior counsellors/management on outreach, marketing, and meeting enrollment targets.

Skills & Qualities Required
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English; local language is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and student-handling abilities.
Basic customer-service/sales mindset — active follow-ups and conversions.
Detail-oriented and organized in managing documents and student records.
Passionate about overseas education with a willingness to learn.
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience — training will be provided .
