Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain product features, advantages, and offers clearly.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups .
Generate leads and convert them into sales .
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers for feedback and service updates .
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets set by the company.
Required Skills :
Valuable communication skills in Hindi/English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills .
Basic knowledge of computer .
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets .
Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
