Equipment Knowledge: Rectifier operation (manual/auto mode, PLC/SCADA system for automatic lines, hoist operation for auto/manual override, jigging & racking methods).
Skill Requirements:
Semi-Automatic Line: Manual loading/unloading of parts, setting process parameters (current, time, temp.), monitoring tank conditions, recording process data manually, identifying visual defects (burning, pitting, patchiness).
Fully Automatic Line: Operation of PLC-controlled systems, recipe selection & validation, alarm handling & troubleshooting, HMI interface usage, data logging & traceability system operation.
Quality & Inspection Knowledge:
Thickness measurement (micron level)
Understanding quality acceptance criteria (e.g., 25µm, 40–60µm, etc.)
Seal quality test
Adhesion test




Documentation (process log sheets, batch records, traceability requirements)
Safety Requirements:
Mandatory knowledge of chemical handling (H₂SO₄, Nitric acid, etc.)
PPE usage: Acid-resistant gloves, face shield, apron
Emergency procedures: Acid spill response, first aid for chemical exposure
Electrical safety (rectifier systems)
Basic awareness & knowledge of NADCAP & AS 9100.
Willingness to learn & Valuable Attitude.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
