Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program planning and execution.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Technology teams.
Track program performance through MIS, dashboards, and data analysis.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team while ensuring timely program delivery.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in Program Management or Operations.
24 years of team management experience.
Solid skills in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and MIS reporting.
Experience with CRM/LeadSquared (LSQ) is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
EdTech experience is preferred.
