Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Manage customer inquiries and provide product information
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Maintain valuable relationships with customers
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Update customer data and maintain records
Required Skills :
Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (Basic English preferred)
Robust calling and convincing ability
Lead follow-up and sales conversion skills
Basic computer knowledge
