About the Role : Key Responsibilities:
Handle communication with new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer requirements and share them with the concerned team
Follow up with clients regularly for updates and support
Resolve basic client queries and coordinate internally for issue resolution
Maintain customer records and communication details
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive service experience
Support the team in client retention and relationship management
Collect client feedback and help improve service quality

Ability to coordinate with team members effectively
