Job Summary:

We are looking for polite, confident, and patient-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with inquiries, and support appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments
Provide information about hospital services, doctors, and timings
Address patient queries and complaints courteously
Maintain accurate call records and patient details
Coordinate with front desk and departments when required
Follow hospital communication protocols and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:




Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience as Telecaller or Customer Support (hospital experience preferred)
Valuable verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital Software)
Pleasant personality and patient-friendly approach

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of medical terms and hospital workflows.
Experience with OPD/IPD registration and TPA formalities.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
