Role & responsibilities
Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Address client needs, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Manage client accounts, ensure seamless service delivery by coordinating with internal teams, and handle project deliverables.
Gather client feedback through surveys and other methods to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Customer relationship management skills.
Any bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience is preferred.
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
