Set production line for Change of Products
Take first of approval and procced
Unsure Quality in Production
Manpower management
Complete production as per schedule
Coordinate with Maintenance department and Maintain all machines without breakdown
Maintain Employee Discipline No idling of workmen, Adherence of PPE by all workmen, No unsafe operation
Lane Discipline and valuable house keeping. No spillage/ cleaning of coolant /burr and lubricants
Cycle time reduction
Process improvements and cost control.
Supporting Recent Product development activities initiated by NPD department

Academic Qualification:

BE (Mechanical) / DME
Field of experience:

5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing of light Engineering products,

Should be positive in 5S. Desirable TPM implementation experience
