Location : Elan Miracle Mall, Sector 84, Gurugram Department : Guest Services / Operations Reports To : Duty Officer / Guest Relations Executive

Job Purpose

To deliver a seamless and enjoyable cinema experience by managing ticketing, food & beverage service, customer interactions, and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently
Manage ticket booking, checking, and guest entry
Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Maintain cleanliness at counters, concession areas, and equipment
Support operations during peak hours and special events
Follow company policies, safety, and operational guidelines
Work collaboratively to ensure excellent guest satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)




Fresher or experience in hospitality/retail/customer service
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible for shifts, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Compensation & Perks
In-hand Salary : ₹16,000
CTC : ₹20,000 (PF + ESI + Health Insurance included)
Work Schedule : 6 days working (weekly off between Mon-Thu)
