Role: Customer Service Intern

Location: Kolkata (On-site) Shift: Day / Night (depending on global operations) Stipend + Performance Incentives

What You’ll Be Doing
Providing timely and professional support
Resolving issues and escalating when required
Coordinating with internal teams (academic & operations)
Maintaining records of interactions and feedback
Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience

Who Can Apply
Students (2nd/3rd year) or recent graduates




Robust English communication skills
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment
