Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain books of accounts.
Review and verify journal entries, invoices, vouchers, and financial transactions.
Handle GST calculation, filing, and payment.
Manage TDS, EPF/PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Monitor cash flow, petty cash, receipts, and payments.
Prepare MIS, financial statements, cash flow, and fund flow reports.
Manage General Ledger and monthly closing activities.
Review vendor payments and customer outstanding collections.
Prepare invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and related documents.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.




Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Support management with financial reports and analysis.
Guide junior accounting team members and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.

Experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, Property Management, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
