Urgent Hiring - Warranty & After-Sales Service Executive (Male/Female)

We are looking for an experienced Warranty & After-Sales Service Executive to strengthen our customer support team.

Key Responsibilities
Process and manage warranty claims for EV batteries and chargers.
Generate and track service requests.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams, service centers, and dealers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain accurate warranty and service records.
Follow up on pending cases and provide regular status updates.
Deliver excellent customer support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in warranty handling,



after-sales service, or customer support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
Experience in the EV, automotive, battery, or electronics industry will be prefer.
Work Location : Chinsurah, Hooghly, West Bengal

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
