Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field & Digital Marketing)

Location : Kolkata

Salary : ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Visit businesses and potential clients to pitch agency services.
Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and social media.
Schedule and attend client meetings.
Present agency services and close deals.
Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a lead database.
Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and campaign execution.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements :
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.




Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
Must be confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
Prior sales/marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
