Required skills :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with customer at multiple levels.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Knowledge of SaaS business models would be an added advantage
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team workplace.
