Job Title: Telecaller

Location : MAAC Ameerpet & Dilsukhnagar

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide course information.
Counsel students regarding career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Multimedia, and related courses.
Schedule and confirm counseling appointments and walk-ins.
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM/software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and walk-in targets.
Coordinate with counselors and center management for admissions activities.
Assist in admission conversion and fee collection follow-ups.
Maintain skilled communication and excellent customer service standards.

Requirements :
Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline).




Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or education counseling is preferred.
Solid persuasion, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Daily calls made.
Lead follow-ups completed.
Walk-ins generated.
Counseling appointments scheduled.
Admission conversions supported.

Working Hours : 10AM - 7PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
