Role & responsibilities
Prepare and analyse MIS, dashboards, management reports, and performance metrics.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, exceptions, business insights, and process improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain reports using Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
Create impactful presentations for senior management, audit committees, and business reviews.
Support governance reviews, operational performance tracking, and business decision-making through data-backed insights.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure timely reporting.
Monitor key operational, compliance, and business KPIs.
Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting integrity across systems.
Assist in automation initiatives and process optimization projects.
Support audit, regulatory, and management information requirements as and when required.





Preferred candidate profile
Robust hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros/VBA preferred, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards).
Valuable exposure to data analysis and data visualization techniques.
Working knowledge of Tableau for dashboard creation and reporting.
Excellent skills in PowerPoint presentations and management reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Housing Finance, or BFSI sector preferred.
