About Us : At Highcrest Trading, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality tea, coffee, and spices. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to immediately join our factory outlet team and help us share our signature brands—like Keralachai, Kappicoffee, and Elaichi Gold—with our customers!

Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and assist customers, providing an excellent and engaging shopping experience.
Promote and drive retail sales across our premium product lines.
Answer customer questions regarding product origins, blends, and quality.
Manage daily transactions, billing, and basic inventory tracking.
Ensure the factory outlet remains organized, clean,



and visually attractive at all times.

What We Are Looking For :
Proven experience in retail sales, FMCG, or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven attitude.
Ability to join immediately.
