Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Bartender to support daily bar operations, assist in preparing beverages, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
Support the Senior Bartender with daily bar setup, closing, and operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment, and glassware.
Refill bar supplies, prepare garnishes, and assist with stock management.
Follow standard recipes, portion control, and beverage presentation guidelines.
Assist guests with beverage requests and maintain skilled service standards.
Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service practices.

Requirements
Previous experience as a bartender or bar assistant is preferred; freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
Basic knowledge of beverages and an interest in mixology.




Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant workplace.
Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
