Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales : Greet customers, offer styling advice, and cross-sell items to achieve or exceed daily/monthly sales targets.
Product Expertise : Maintain in-depth knowledge of fabric types, fashion trends, and inventory.
Visual Merchandising : Ensure racks are stocked, well-organized, and merchandised according to brand standards.
Transaction Handling : Operate POS systems, handle payments, returns, and exchanges.
Inventory Control : Assist with receiving current stock, stock counts, and replenishment.
Experience : Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, or customer service.
Communication : Solid interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide expert product information.
Attitude : Proactive, positive demeanor, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Skills : Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management.
Physical : Ability to stand for long periods and handle stock movement.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
