Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Executive to be the voice of The Smart Shoppee . As a brand dealing in sacred artifacts and spiritual treasures, our customers often reach out with deep emotional and religious sentiments. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience, from pre-purchase inquiries and product authentications to post-delivery support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Product Authentication Support : Facilitate and manage video call requests for customers who wish to see the products live before purchasing.
Order Tracking & Logistics : Coordinate with our third-party logistics partners to provide real-time updates on shipments and resolve delivery delays or issues.
Post-Sales Support : Handle concerns regarding product damage (given the delicate nature of idols) and manage the return/replacement process with sensitivity.
Brand Protection : Identify and report potential fraudulent websites or social media pages using our brand's intellectual property.
Feedback Collection :



Actively seek customer feedback and reviews to help improve our product range and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent Communication : Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. Ability to communicate with respect and humility is a must.
Tech Savvy : Proficiency in managing WhatsApp Business, basic e-commerce backend tools (Shopify/WooCommerce), and CRM software.
Problem-Solving : Ability to handle logístical challenges calmly and provide solutions to frustrated customers.
Cultural Awareness : A basic understanding of Hindu traditions, Vastu, or the significance of the Ram Mandir will help in connecting with our customers.
