Key Responsibilities
Identify and analyze relevant project requirements on online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr , etc.
Prepare and submit bids/proposals as per client requirements.
Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain client communication.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and pricing.
Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client interactions.
Help in building long-term client relationships and repeat business.
Stay updated with platform policies and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MCA/MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
Positive written and verbal communication skills in English.




Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with online bidding platforms is an advantage (training will be provided).
Robust learning attitude and self-motivated approach.
Must have their own laptop for work.
