Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Generate leads and convert them into sales prospects
Explain products/services clearly and handle objections
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain call records and update CRM or company database

Requirements & Skills
Atleast 2 years of prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is preferred
Robust negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections positively.
Patience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven setting
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to adapt communication styles
Must be fluent in Hindi, Bengali and English

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
