Job Title: Python Technical Leader Telecom & Network Management

Experience: 7 Years+
Location: Delhi NCR / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python 3.x.
Develop REST APIs using FastAPI, including API validation and versioning.
Design and implement Kafka-based real-time data ingestion and processing pipelines.
Work with Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK Stack) for data processing, search, logging and visualization.
Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OIDC and JWT-based solutions.
Develop integrations with NMS/EMS platforms and network devices.
Work with SNMP v1/v2c/v3, MIBs, OIDs, traps and polling.
Implement structured logging, monitoring and observability capabilities.
Contribute to technical design, architecture decisions and performance optimization.




Provide technical guidance and collaborate with product, DevOps, QA and other engineering teams.
Explore and adopt AI-assisted development, Copilots and AI agents where applicable.

Must-Have Skills
Robust hands-on development experience in Python 3.x
FastAPI and REST API development
Apache Kafka
Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK)
Solid backend/microservices development experience
Telecom/Networking domain knowledge
NMS/EMS integration experience
SNMP, including MIBs, OIDs, traps and polling
Experience with monitoring, logging and observability
Positive understanding of scalable and distributed backend systems
