About the Role : Key Responsibilities :
Customer Assistance : Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
Sales and Upselling : Drive sales by showcasing product knowledge and suggesting additional items.
Product Handling : Ensure proper display and care of jewelry items, maintaining store aesthetics.
Client Relationships : Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Inventory Checks : Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and replenishment.

Requirements :
Experience : Over-the-counter sales experience in retail stores; jewelry store experience is a significant advantage.
Customer Service Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
Product Knowledge : Familiarity with jewelry or willingness to learn about different products and materials.
Attention to Detail : Ability to handle high-value items with care and precision.
Availability : Adaptable to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
