Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates qualifications, communication skills, and interest in the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and interview panels to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring requirements and meet recruitment timelines.
