Understand guest requirements and recommend products, flavours and combinations based on their preferences.
Explain Donzel’s products, offers and ongoing promotions accurately.
Take orders correctly and ensure they are communicated clearly to the relevant team.
Serve products with proper presentation, hygiene and speed.
Ensure tables, counters and guest areas are clean and well-maintained.
Proactively check on guests and address their requirements.
Handle basic customer queries and complaints with patience and professionalism; escalate issues when required.
Encourage upselling and cross-selling without making the interaction feel forced.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients,



allergens and product details as prescribed.
Support billing and payment processes when required.
Follow all Donzel hygiene, grooming, food-safety and service SOPs.
Maintain a qualified, positive and respectful attitude with guests and team members.
Observe guest feedback and preferences and communicate practical insights to the outlet manager.
Support the team during rush hours and wherever operationally required.
Maintain the overall ambience and ensure guests feel comfortable and valued.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
