Steward (Restaurant/Hotel) - Job Description (JD)

A Steward is responsible for providing food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
Present menus and explain dishes or specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
Set up and transparent tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints.
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Assist in billing and payment processes when required.

Qualification
10th/12th Pass (Hotel Management certificate/diploma preferred).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
