Key Responsibilities :
Call existing customers to collect feedback and reviews
Handle inquiries from new customers and explain product details
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Record customer interactions and follow up when required

Requirements :
Graduation preferred (any stream)




Good communication and interpersonal skills
Polite and customer-friendly approach
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn and grow
