Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.

Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to ensure conversions.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams to complete booking and documentation processes.
Maintain an updated database of clients and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
