Responsibilities

Own the technical integrity, scalability, and business alignment of the team’s technology suite.

Drive organizational adoption of Agentic AI by building skills through MCP or custom integrations for secure interaction with internal systems.

Establish governance standards for security, maintainability, architectural consistency, and AI-assisted development.

Lead cross-functional teams in solving high-impact and unique technical problems.

Identify performance bottlenecks using profilers, memory dumps, and APM tools such as Current Relic.

Advance technical standards and modern engineering workflows across the division.

Requirements

Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including performance tuning and advanced microservices modeling.

Proficiency in React development and Micro Frontend architecture.





Experience with unit and integration test automation.

In-depth understanding of security and performance engineering.

Intermediate knowledge of cloud computing, including Azure or AWS, and infrastructure as code.

Experience establishing governance or frameworks for cross-functional engineering groups is a bonus.
