JOB VACANCY – HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Lovely Hospitality Group is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for our hotels.

Location: Rishikesh
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
(Based on experience, skills and overall capability)

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations
Allocate rooms and duties to housekeeping staff
Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards
Check linen, towels, cleaning materials and housekeeping inventory
Coordinate with Front Office for room status and guest requirements
Report maintenance issues and follow up until resolved
Train and guide housekeeping staff
Maintain daily housekeeping checklists and reports
Handle guest housekeeping requests professionally
Ensure proper room inspection before releasing rooms
Support hotel operations as an all-round team member when required

Candidate Requirements:
Previous housekeeping/hotel experience preferred
Supervisory experience will be an advantage




Positive communication and leadership skills
Honest, disciplined and responsible
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Able to manage a housekeeping team independently
Freshers with strong capability may also be considered
