Chat Support Executive
Location: Gurugram sec 48
After 3 months work from home
Must have a laptop and wifi
Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Week Off)
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (depending on experience)

Responsibilities :_
Handle customer queries through chat support in a skilled and timely manner.
Assist customers with order issues, product queries, and delivery concerns.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions.
Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards while handling customer queries.
Eligibility Criteria :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of customer service and problem-solving.
Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
Preferred Skills
Good typing speed and chat handling capability.
Customer-focused attitude.




Ability to multitask and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Do you have experience in international bpo or blended process or domestic premium process or chat process
Do you have excellent English with good typing speed 25 plus wpm
Do you have laptop and wifi for after 3 months WFH
Are you ok to join by Friday 13th March or by 16th March batch only
Are you ok with in between 20k to 35k and 6 days working 10 to 7pm with rotational offs

Education :
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience :
Chat process in BPO : 1 year (preferred)
Blended process in BPO : 1 year (preferred)
International voice process: 1 year (preferred)
Typing speed 25+ : 1 year (preferred)

Language :
Excellent English (preferred)
