Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator , LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other B2B lead generation platforms.
Identify and connect with CXOs, Founders, Directors, Product Managers, and decision-makers across target industries.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting activities.
Understand client business requirements and schedule meetings with the Pre-Sales/Business Analyst team.
Present the company's IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, capability presentations, and commercial quotations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close business deals.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills :




Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Sales / Business Development .
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting.
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT service offerings.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify client pain points and propose suitable technology solutions.
Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management.
Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
