Job Summary : The Captain is responsible for supervising the service staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining service standards on the floor. The role involves handling guests, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations during shifts.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and guide stewards/service associates during service hours
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
Coordinate with the kitchen for order flow and special instructions
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and discipline




Assist in billing, cash handling, and POS operations
Support training of current staff members
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene norms
