Mandatory Skills: Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, Financial Reporting, Accounting Background.

Preferred Candidate
2.6 -5 years of experience in Financial Reporting, MIS Reporting, Accounting, or Finance Operations.
Robust accounting knowledge in GL, AP, AR, Reconciliations, and Financial Statements.
Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Dashboards, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting).
Experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Automation tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide business insights.
Perform variance analysis and support monthly financial reporting.
Automate and enhance reporting processes using Advanced Excel.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data.

Compensation: Max 35k take home + Variable pay up to 3k per month

Shift: Night Shift

Transport: 1 way (Log out)

Work Mode: 5 days work form office.
