We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil to manage day-to-day site execution, planning, monitoring, billing and coordination activities. The candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end site management and the ability to lead and coordinate a team of 4+ Junior Engineers/Site Supervisors.

Forecasting & Project Control
Project Budgeting & Cost Control
Local Liaison & Coordination
Documentation & Reporting

Required Skills
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
Proven experience in handling and supervising 4+ Junior Engineers/Site Supervisors.




Solid knowledge of end-to-end site planning and execution.
Good knowledge of billing, measurements, BOQ and quantity reconciliation.
Experience in project forecasting, budgeting and cost monitoring.
Strong manpower, material and subcontractor coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of construction drawings and technical specifications.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, and AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
