Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Manage client accounts and support middle office and fund administration solutions across jurisdictions.
Serve as a key operational and relationship point of contact for institutional clients.
Coordinate cross-functional deliverables to ensure high-quality service and timely execution.
Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and organizational service standards.
Drive customer engagement, address operational queries, and identify service enhancement prospects.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Understanding of fund administration, middle office services, or account management principles.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent relationship management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setup.
