We are looking for a gentle, articulate, and well-groomed Clinic Coordinator to manage front-desk client relations, patient appointments, and digital front-office systems at our specialist dermatology practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients warmly and manage front-desk appointments.
Communicate gently over calls and WhatsApp to guide patients on clinic procedures.
Maintain digital records on Google Sheets and Google Forms.
Share basic patient updates and clinic announcements via WhatsApp Business and Canva graphics.
Track weekly clinic performance metrics for management review.

Requirements:
Excellent, polite spoken Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic tech proficiency (Google Sheets, Smartphone apps, Canva).
Hospitable, patient, and mature demeanor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Diploma (Required)

Experience:
Hospitality : 1 year (Preferred)
