Job Summary

A Sales Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers by phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. The role requires valuable communication skills and the ability to persuade customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
Generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM or database .
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
Handle customer objections and provide solutions.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships .
Coordinate with the sales team for further client handling if required.

Excellent communication and sales skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
