Position : Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Salary : Up to ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 Take Home (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer queries related to Airtel services (FTTH / Broadband / Mobile).
Coordinate with field engineers for installation and service requests.
Maintain customer records and update service requests in the system.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Follow up with customers regarding installation and service status.
Maintain daily reports and update MIS.

Required Skills :
Positive communication skills (English / Telugu / Hindi).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Customer handling and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
