Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints , service issues , and product queries promptly and effectively.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and order status .
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first call resolution (FCR) .
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department/team lead when necessary.
Update and maintain customer records using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, etc.).
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, SLA targets, and call quality benchmarks .
Cross-sell / up-sell products or services where applicable.
Follow company policies, scripts, and communication guidelines .
Collaborate with backend teams, technical support, and sales teams for query resolution.

Required Skills (Keywords)

Prior experience in BPO, call center, telecalling, or customer support is a plus
