Position Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
Monitor and coordinate daily operational activities.
Ensure smooth execution of all service assignments and patient care schedules.
Track service delivery standards and ensure operational efficiency.
Coordinate with nursing, caregiving, physiotherapy, doctors, and support teams.
Handle operational escalations and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation.

Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and supervise the operations team.
Conduct daily team briefings and operational reviews.
Monitor staff performance and productivity.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.

Customer & Service Management
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Address client concerns and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with patients, families,



and healthcare specialists when required.
Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Maintain operational dashboards and MIS reports.
Track staff attendance, deployment, and service completion.
Assist management in operational planning and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Technology & Systems
Efficiently use computers, office software, and operational management systems.
Manage data entry, reporting, scheduling, and communication platforms.
Support implementation of current technologies and operational tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
