Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Target-Based)

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and achieving recruitment targets in a remote work workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.




Work towards assigned recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and daily activities.

Requirements
0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
Laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection for remote work.
