Key Responsibilities :
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom workplace.
Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development.
Encourage language development through storytelling, songs, and interactive play.
Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain records.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and organization at all times.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school events.
Use creative teaching methods including art, music, movement, and play.

Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Prior experience working with preschool or early years children preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
Basic knowledge of child development principles.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
