Job description: This role requires a dynamic, highly organized professional capable of managing a diverse workforce from blue collar to white collar resources.

standardize HR policies, ensure sector-specific compliance, and lead complex administration across multiple physical sites in Ranchi.





The role is crucial and needs to build multiple verticals from scratch, right from hiring, onboarding, payroll management, handle performance appraisal, promotion and all the way thru exit interview.

Manage files and documents of individuals and companies confidentially.

Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Solid organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
