About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, organized Junior Project Manager to coordinate digital marketing projects, manage team workflows, and ensure timely task delivery. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing activities, solid communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Plan, organize, and track digital marketing projects to ensure timely execution and delivery.
Team Management: Coordinate with SEO, Content, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and other teams to align tasks and priorities.
Task Monitoring: Assign tasks, monitor progress, follow up with team members, and ensure deadlines are met.
Client Communication: Assist in managing client updates, sharing project progress, and addressing routine queries.
Workflow Management: Maintain project trackers, task lists, timelines, and status reports.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and management.
Problem Solving: Identify project delays or bottlenecks and escalate issues with appropriate solutions.
Reporting:



Prepare regular project status reports and maintain documentation of deliverables and milestones.

Required Skills:
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
Strong project coordination and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-ups.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Experience working with digital marketing teams or agencies will be an added advantage.
