Job Summary : The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming customers, managing appointments, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the tailor shop.

Key Responsibilities :
Welcome customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
Schedule appointments for measurements, fittings, and garment collection.
Record customer measurements and order details accurately.
Coordinate with tailors regarding customer orders and delivery dates.
Receive and deliver garments for alterations or stitching.
Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts.
Maintain customer records and update order status.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills :
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS software).
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of tailoring services is an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
