Job Title :Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities :
Assist with end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
Support in onboarding of recent employees and documentation
Help maintain employee records and databases :
Coordinate and support HR events , activities, and employee engagement programs
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and updating internal systems
Support the team with administrative HR tasks and day-to-day operations

Requirements :
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology or related field




Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or related field
Prior internship or project experience in HR (recruitment, operations, or employee engagement) is a plus
Familiarity with HR tools or platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel, HRMS, etc.)
Robust organizational and time management skills
Valuable problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
